Per new federal guidelines; all raids would stop on all patients; physicians; collectives; and dispensaries in states allowing medical marijuana. Chief Anne Kirkpatrick of Spokane City Police has acknoweledged Obama’s federal position and is also complying with federal, state, and municipal laws. At this time “change” has generated over11 thousand in retail tax monies the state of Washington would otherwise unseen.
